Flex (“App”) is owned and operated by FlexKey LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“FlexKey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Flex mobile application (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Flex is designed to collect only the minimum data necessary to function.

A. Information You Provide

We collect information you manually enter into the app:

  • Workout entries

  • Exercise performance data (sets, reps, weight, dates)

We do not require email addresses or personal identity verification.

B. Automatically Collected Information

The app may automatically collect limited technical information required for operation:

  • Device type

  • Operating system version

  • App version

  • Crash diagnostics

This data does not identify you personally.

2. Health & Fitness Information

Workout information stored in Flex is user-entered fitness tracking data and is not medical or health record data.

FlexKey LLC is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical services.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information only to:

  • Display your workouts

  • Save your training history

  • Improve app stability and performance

  • Fix bugs and crashes

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Limited technical data may be processed by infrastructure providers strictly to operate the app (such as secure cloud storage or crash reporting services).

We do not share identifiable workout data with other users or companies.

5. Tracking & Advertising

Flex:

  • Does not use advertising identifiers

  • Does not track users across apps or websites

  • Does not use third-party ad networks

  • Does not perform behavioral profiling

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your workout data remains stored only for app functionality.

If the app is deleted, locally stored data may also be removed depending on device settings.

You may request deletion of stored data by contacting us.

7. Children’s Privacy

Flex is not intended for users under 13 years old.

We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect stored information.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
